BOOKING POLICY:

- Public booking up to 30 days in advance. (For private events/groups larger than 16 please contact us directly.) Member booking up to 7 days in advance.

- Price is the same regardless of party size. Maximum of eight people per bay, spectators welcome. (E.g. Up to 8 players OR 4 players + 4 spectators per bay.) Member guests welcome, up to 3, must be accompanied by member – membership can not be shared without member present.

- Public 4-hour limit per initial reservation. (Additional time can be purchased later if available.) Members limited to outstanding reservation rule by membership level before booking next reservation – applies to peak/non-peak times, no outstanding reservation rule for member-only hours. Members may also purchase additional time beyond their outstanding reservation limit at 1/2 price for guaranteed play.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- All reservations are prepaid and require credit card on file to book. If paying with gift card, card on file will not be charged but is still required for booking.

- Reservations may be cancelled up to 4 hours prior with refund. Cancellation/refund requests within 4 hours are up to facility's discretion.
